By registering for a gotoagig event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. About gotoagig

gotoagig is a community program operated by G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) that facilitates connections between music fans attending live events. gotoagig organises group meet-ups around existing third-party events and does not operate, manage, or control the venues or shows that members attend.

2. Ticketing

gotoagig is not a ticketing service. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own tickets to any event through the relevant ticketing provider. G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) and gotoagig accept no responsibility for ticket availability, pricing, fulfilment, or any issues arising from third-party ticketing platforms or providers.

3. Venue and Event Liability

gotoagig meet-ups take place at independently operated venues. G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) and gotoagig accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, damage, or incident that occurs at or in connection with the venue or event. Participants attend at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant venue.

4. Participant Behaviour

gotoagig connects individuals who have independently registered for the program. G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) and gotoagig accept no responsibility for the behaviour, conduct, or actions of any participant before, during, or after a gotoagig meet-up. Participants are expected to treat others with respect. G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) reserves the right to remove any participant from the program at its discretion.

5. Personal Information

By registering, you consent to G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) collecting and using your personal information for the purposes of operating the gotoagig program, including matching you with other participants and communicating event details. Your information will be handled in accordance with G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd)'s Privacy Policy.

6. Changes and Cancellations

G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a gotoagig meet-up at any time. In the event of a cancellation, G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) accepts no liability beyond notifying registered participants where reasonably practicable. G.Y.R.O. (GYROstream Pty Ltd) is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants as a result of a cancellation or change.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By participating in gotoagig, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
